That bit happens at the very tail end of the episode as well. We watched XY025 without needing 24 and it seemed just fine to me. But you don't believe that there aren't fillers in XY? This list pretty much covers all the things that make an episode not filler. * Episodes where in-game mechanics are explained or shown for the first time * Gym Leader/Gym Leader's Pokémon development episodes * History and development of the Pokémon World episodes * Episodes where one of Ash's old traveling companions comes back * Episodes with evil team members of the regionĪdditional things I would consider non-filler: * Episodes with Gym Leaders/Elite Four/Champions in them * Episodes where Pokémon learns a new move Things which should be classified as non-filler: The important can be argued but you can't call an evolution episode a filler, it might not matter to you because you don't like that pokemon, but your opinion doesn't affect the filler status. It doesn't matter if someone finds an episode irrelevant due to bias, there are just certain things that make an episode non filler.
